There are many sites which do this for free also, that are they do not charge money for hosting sites on their servers. A webmaster is the person who is in charge of the processing the web designed page server. This person can also be the system administrator or a net working person.

<b>KEEPING YOUR FILES ORGANIZED   USING DIRECTORIES</b>

It is important that you create meaningful directories and place your files accordingly into  meaningful directories not only organizes your work but also makes your site very portable across servers .it also reduces the possibility of encountering broken links. Remember always to use relative path while hyper linking files.

<b>MOVING FILES TO WEB SERVER </b>

To move your files to the web server you will have to use FTP, Modems transfer or some other way. While transferring files it is important that you watch out for the following points:

Usually this does not cause many problems, but even then it is safer to take precautions. If you are moving files to form dos systems, then you have to keep in mind about the dos rule of letter filename restrictiction.it is always safer to keep short names comprising of only letters numbers.

<b>2.Upper/lower case problems</b>

This problem can be quite a nuisance if you are not careful from the very beginning. There are some operating systems and file management programs that show filenames in lower case, while the dos based names in reality may be all upper case. And if in your web design pages the links have been defined in lower case, which is true most of the time, then your links will appear broken when you transfer your web page to a serve r that uses case-sensitive urls, for instance the UNIX servers. Therefore, it is safe that you double-check this issue with your webmaster before uploading files to the server.

<b>3.Transferring mode of files  </b>

When you transfer files using FTP or any other program you will be provided with options like binary or text mode of transfer.remeber, always to transfer your html files, images and other media   in binary format. You can even transfer text file in binary mode.

<b>Commercial internet service</b>
                                
If you do not have access to the internet to the internet from your college or office then you can access internet through an internet service provider or via commercial online service. Of course, this method may cost you money and there may be space and script restrictions .you can clarify theses issues with the ISP    or the commercial service that you plan to use.

There are many services available on the internet that provides assistance in web publishing. They not only  provide disk  space but also ftp and other process have a webmaster /administrator or a team ,which maintains threw server so  fees, while there are many that let let out space without any charge.

Most of the commercial internet service providers give web space on their own server and your account name is added on to the server address
